Timmy!
I got cast in the play! I'm playing Tim, the stage manager and all around understudy who is apparently operating on no sleep. (I also found out that this is the role TR Knight played in the 2001 Broadway version of the show.)
This show is supposed to be super difficult to perform, but I'm up for the challenge. I think I'm sort of a supporting character, so the pressure won't be all on me.

Auditions
Shannon held auditions for the middle school play tonight, and I got to help out. It was fun - I helped evaluate the kids and sometimes I stood in for missing actors. I'm looking forward to Monday when the second set of auditions goes down.
Also, next week I'm going to audition for another play at the Elkader Opera House. They're doing
Noises Off, which I have never seen (except half a scene on tv), but I'm very much interested in doing it. We'll see how it goes.

We have real snow.

To skim over the holidays, Christmas and New Year's were a
lot of fun,
as documented by Shannon. Things are somewhat the same. I've been applying for a lot of jobs for the fall, and some of them look really enticing, so I hope at least one of them pans out. Hmm, I thought I should write something, but there's really nothing to say.
