Auction

Mom and Jean came up from Columbus to see the degree show and have lunch with me. We went to the Redcoat Tavern, yum.

Also, the art auction was today. The live auction did pretty well, I think it probably made more than last year and overall, including the silent auction, they probably made more money than last year, which means more scholarship money for people next year. I sold one drawing, so that's some money. Some people's sold stuff for loads of cash, and I was a little envious, but they deserved it. Last year I didn't sell anything, so this is good.

This is the one that sold. It's actually ok that I didn't sell the other one, because I don't have a proper photograph of it yet.

Also, the gradbook has been published and it looks pretty good.

Wrap

Last day of critiques in Ceramics was Tuesday. There were two in the morning (Damian and Addie), then a yummy potluck, then two in the afternoon (Jessica and Matt, from Print). Right now I'm going to Print's last crits.

Yesterday I actually bought an album to put my Amsterdam photos in, and it looks pretty good. I never posted any of my pictures, did I? When I have time to rescan them (botched the attempt last semester) I will.
